Buildium is a cloud-based property management solution that allows 24/7 access via mobile app or website to lease tracking, automated rent collection and property management fees, assigned work items (to you or the Arkham Realty maintenance managers, depending on your property management arrangements) and on-demand reports.

Consistent cashflow. 
Arkham Realty’s goal is to predictably send an income revenue check to you each month. We require tenants to set up an escrow account for three month’s rent (security deposit and first month). We also encourage tenants to set up Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit payments through the Tenant Portal on our website, so money gets to your account faster.

easier to identify a dependable tenant upfront, than to try and remove trouble tenants once they are established in your property.

reliability of potential leasees. The on-line process is paperless and fast, which helps reduce vacancy cycles. Our proven process also means it is unlikely you will be an unknowing target of a rental scam or discrimination lawsuit.
· Handle the entire lease agreement and move in processes, ensuring that the proper documentation is executed and the property is inspected prior to move-in.
