We have some exciting news here; CA Properties will be merging with Arkham Realty and their broker Stefan Nitsch, and will be working under their brand. Many of you know Stefan, as he has worked for, and with us for 10 years. The entire CA staff that you are used to working with will remain together.
There will be a new staff person, Larkin Kolls, who will be available to help you, as well as three new agents who can assist you when it’s time to find a new apartment or when you are ready to buy a home.
The CA team and infrastructure will remain completely intact; however, starting January 1, 2020 our offices will be located at:

If you typically pay your rent by check, you should make your check out to “Arkham Realty” and send it to the address above.
If you are currently enrolled in auto pay, we will be sending out a new form for you to sign, so that your rent can be deposited into the new Arkham Realty account.
