Get pre-qualified for a mortgage. Arkham Realty’s agents will guide you through the pre-qualification process to determine the mortgage amount you are comfortable with. In addition, your agent will also discuss other funds you may need now and in the future (i.e., down payment, closing costs, taxes, HOA fees, moving costs, taxes and more).
